James has 22 years experience in the gaming industry, having worked for prestigous companies in the UK and abroad; these have included The Ritz, Les Ambassadeurs, 50 St. James, The Sportsman, Grosvenor Gloucester Road, Ladbrokes Casino and Sports Bar Paddington and the Sun International in South Africa.
Having worked at all levels from dealer up to club director he has a real operational understanding of what works in casinos for both staff and players.
He also has a personal passion for gaming which allows him to see things from both sides of the table.
