While essentially the creative side of RGL he is in a somewhat unique position in that he has a fundamental understanding of the gaming industry due to both his parents having worked in casinos for many years.
This exposure from an early age has given him a vital working knowledge of not only casino mentality, aesthetics and politics, but also taught him industry-specific skills, such as playing and dealing games and of the principals of casino management.
As a result he is able to develop James' and Robert's ideas organically and with real understanding.
